Having survived numerous trials, church crises, and disputes, Dr Emmanuel has learned how to overcome the emotional pain associated with ministry challenges. He is passionate about helping others do the same. For over 15 years, Emmanuel has led pastors’ and leadership conferences worldwide, teaching on church leadership and accountability, church finance and growth, ministry crises, and eschatology to millions of pastors and church leaders.

He is also dedicated to helping hurting people through his foundation, WATO International, the mission’s arm of Emmanuel Christoe Ministries. WATO International provides global humanitarian aid, including feeding programs, medical camps, clean water initiatives, and disaster relief. Dr Emmanuel established WATO Vocational Institute and WATO Savings and Credit Company—programs designed to empower marginalised women and girls, whether due to societal constraints or circumstances, giving them the opportunity to realise their God-given potential. These initiatives aim to guide, restore, and help women discover their true destiny in Christ.
